I'm an Information Technology (IT) consultant.
I'm a 'techie' at heart, so I'm happy to stand around a whiteboard debating the ins-and-outs of solutions, methodologies, architectures and patterns. But I'm equally at home in the boardroom talking about strategy, innovation, business models, and change management.
I divide my time between consulting to IT Departments and consulting to non-IT business units. Straddling the business-IT divide gives me a unique perspective on the challenges facing each side.
